These programs take anywhere between half day and a few days over a period of time, depending on unique needs and circumstances of the client.
Behavioural Change Program
Aimed to enhance strategic and operational performance of organisations and their employees including one or a combination of the following: performance management training, deploying and aligning vision of the organisation with individual visions and values of employees, strategic and engagement planning sessions and executive coaching.
Focused on helping team members incorporate individual and collective vision, mission and values and align the behaviours and overall operations with the vision of the whole organisation, taking into account current priorities, risks and challenges.
Team Planning Day
Includes interactive activities helping teams bond and integrate through common goals and language. Helping organisations establish their focus for the year, term or quarter.
Sustaining Change Program
Focused on maintaining the high quality of work, high energy and good culture established as a result of Behavioural Change Management, this program uses a set of steps essential to make it a permanent change. Spread over a period of time, the program includes series of training focused on how employees can authentically live the organisational vision.
Working with Council or Board members to engage, concentrate and align their operations with the organisational vision and values.
The program explores what skills and techniques are required for effective Performance Management process and demonstrates techniques of providing honest and constructive feedback. Participants practice effective communication techniques including providing honest feedback to colleagues, subordinates and managers.
